Returns and Exchanges Policy

We hope you are happy with your order!

All products offered on our store are subject to the exchange and refund policy according to the terms and conditions stipulated on this page.

Exchange and withdrawal period:

- If you change your mind for a simple reason, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.

- Return within two (2) days and replacement within seven (7) days from the time you receive your product.

In the event of an anomaly: return is made one (1) day after receipt:


- We mean by anomaly: item missing from the order or damaged package.

- The Customer is required to check the condition of the items delivered and to notify NHASSFES in the event of an anomaly within one (1) day.

- Please take a photo and send the product with the specified city, address and order number so that it can be replaced with another product in case the product is corrupted or has any abnormality.

Refunds (if applicable)

After we receive and verify the item you returned, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of our decision regarding the refund. If your request is accepted, the refund will be automatically issued to your credit card or original payment method within two days to three weeks, depending on your country.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, here's what you can do:

  1. Check your bank account again to make sure the refund has not been credited.

  2. Contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially visible in your account.

  3. Additionally, contact your bank, as there may be a processing time required before the refund is posted.

Shipping

To return a product, we will send you by email the postal address to which it must be sent.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from this.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

You should consider using a shipping service that allows you to track the shipment or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
