Exchange and Return Policy:

Return Accepted Only in Case of an Issue:
If there is a problem with your order, such as a missing or damaged item, please notify us within 24 calendar hours of receipt. Check everything upon arrival and inform us within a day if something is wrong. Make sure to send photos and include your city, address, and order number when reporting issues.

You have 1 calendar day to return an item from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must be in its original packaging and must include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:
After we receive and inspect the item you returned, we will email you to confirm its receipt. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment within two days to three weeks, depending on your country.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. To return a product, we will provide the mailing address via email. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Restocking Fees:
A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

Order Cancellation Policy and Restocking Fees:

In case of order cancellation, please note that policies vary depending on when the cancellation is made:

Cancellation Before Shipment:
If you decide to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel the order before it leaves our warehouse. In this case, no fees will apply, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Cancellation After Shipment:
If your order has already been shipped at the time of cancellation, please refuse delivery when the package is presented to you. Once the package is returned to our warehouse, we will process the refund for the order amount, minus the return shipping fees that may apply. These fees will be deducted from the total refund.

Restocking Fee Policy:
If you cancel your order and return the items, please note that a 10% restocking fee applies. This means that 10% of the value of the returned items will be withheld as administrative and handling fees. These fees will be deducted from the total refund amount. It is important to understand that these restocking fees are applied to cover the costs associated with receiving, processing, and restocking returned items. Therefore, we encourage you to carefully consider returns to minimize any incurred fees.

Custom and Final Sale Items:
Certain items are considered Final Sale, and custom items cannot be returned. These items are clearly marked as final sale or custom on the Collection page.

Refund Process:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately inform you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of time, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchange Policy:
